Upgrade to Premium

In case you have difficulty upgrading to Premium, follow this simple guide.

First time?

1. Log in to your Basket Score account
2. Press the "Upgrade to Premium" popup in the bottom right-hand corner of the Home or go to Settings and click "Upgrade to Premium now".
3. You will be redirected to the purchase page. Enter the required data and wait a few seconds: once the transaction is complete you will see the confirmation screen.
4. Wait 5 seconds to be redirected to the Dashboard (in case you are not already logged in, you will be asked for your Basket Score credentials before continuing)
5. An orange diamond will appear next to your name and in Settings, "Premium" will appear next to "Plan".
   In case of an error, please write to us at help@basketscore.it and we will immediately check the problem.

Are you back?

1. Log in to your Basket Score account

5. The expiry date of the plan will be updated and the orange diamond next to your name will reappear.
